Brief
In 2014, we were contacted by Boots to help deliver a Christmas retail display installation. This included full project coordination across 317 stores to coincide with media launches of its Christmas gift range.
To achieve this, we supplied 24/7 project management of large-scale display equipment, which was transported from CJ Retail Solutions’ central warehouse to Boots stores across the country.
In-depth training was provided to team leaders at each site, and in the CJ ‘mock shop’ prior to operations, to ensure an efficient project delivery. With 3989 pallets distributed via 170 arctic trucks, all 124 CJ Retail Solutions’ team members needed to be clear on their role and objectives. To help with this, a planogram was used to implement the point of purchase (POP) installation to the highest of standards.
